What this job involves
Optimizing workplace spaces for business success
As a Tactical Space Planner, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing workplace spaces to support business growth, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
You will coordinate office moves, seating allocations, workplace reconfigurations, and space planning projects while ensuring accurate occupancy and workplace data. The role includes maintaining AutoCAD layouts, managing space records in TRIRIGA, analyzing utilization trends, and developing workplace solutions based on business requirements.
Working closely with stakeholders, Facilities, HR, IT, and project teams, you will deliver efficient space strategies, support workplace transformations, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize space utilization and customer satisfaction.

Analytical
Experience in Space Planning, Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
Understanding of occupancy planning, workplace analytics, and space utilization.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with TRIRIGA is an advantage.
Organized
Ability to manage multiple workplace projects and requests with strong attention to detail.
Skilled in maintaining accurate workplace data, reports, and documentation.
Collaborative
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with business leaders, vendors, project teams, and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience in Space Planning, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or Workplace Strategy.
Experience supporting office refreshes, employee moves, and workplace optimization.
