Sales & Customer Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will handle showroom sales, respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations for kitchen and bathroom solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has a strong service mindset and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience from initial enquiry to after-sales support.
About the Role
You will be the key point of contact for customers visiting our showroom and those reaching out through WhatsApp, online chat and phone.
Our showroom customers are typically homeowners undertaking renovations and looking for suitable kitchen and bathroom products. You will understand their needs, recommend suitable products, explain product features and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
You will develop strong product knowledge and provide a friendly, responsive and professional customer experience throughout the customer journey, from initial enquiry to purchase and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to showroom walk-in customers, understand their renovation needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits and technical specifications in simple, practical terms.
Follow up with showroom visitors and prospective customers to support sales conversion.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, online chat and phone.
Assist customers with product information, quotations, order enquiries, delivery coordination and general after-sales support.
Maintain accurate customer enquiry records and follow up on outstanding requests.
Ensure the showroom and product displays are well-maintained and presentable.
Requirements
Warm, confident and patient communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions without adopting a hard-selling approach.
Organised and responsive, with the ability to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
Willing to learn product features and technical specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
Comfortable working in a hands-on and growing SME environment.
Experience in retail sales, customer service, interior design, renovation, furniture or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
