HR Generalist – Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join an established asset management firm. This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, with key responsibilities across talent acquisition, payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, contract administration and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records, employee data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal requirements..
• Support HR reporting, audits and other HR projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within asset management, financial services or professional services.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF and HR practices.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment while handling confidential matters professionally.
