Job Description:

  • Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly manuring activities according to the approved fertilizer programme.
  • Ensure timely completion of fertilizer application within assigned blocks.
  • Supervise manuring workers during field operations.
  • Ensure fertilizer is applied at the correct dosage, placement, and method as per company SOP
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly manuring reports.
  • Report fertilizer losses, damages, shortages, or discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma in Agriculture or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of plantation operations.
  • Able to work independently and supervise a large workforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.

Location: Ladang Arus Sawit, KM50, Jalan Sapi Nangoh, Beluran, Sabah.
