Main Accountabilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with other QA Engineers and IT Tech team to progress with quality deliverables of sprint cycles.
• Preparation of test design; ensuring detailed coverage of all business, functional, user, and regression flows are met.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
• Building the automation scripts and progressive growth on framework structure, regression scope.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Identify software defects during testing within set sprints cycles.
• Identify bugs and issues and coordinate bug Fixes with Development Team
• Help in analyzing and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct smoke and Regression testing after the release moved to UAT phase and production phase.
• Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure quality throughout the entire Agile scrum methodology.
• Build clear, concise, and complete test-related documentation.
• Help set-up/configure the test environment with necessary applications and tools to verify the functionality of the system under test.
• To perform Smoke, Functional, integration, regression, performance, and load test automation for Web and Mobile applications.
• Identify and propose QA toolsets to improve efficiency.
• Ability to multi tasks, priortorising the task and quickly adjust in rapidly growing environment
• Providing feedbacks from time to time to improve on software testing process.
• Able to mentor, train and manage the team size of 3-4 members and ensuring the integration functionality of the project and E2E project is delivered with quality.
• Identifying the requirement gaps if any while assessing the requirements
• Identifying and managing the risks ahead with delivery and possible work around to mitigate the risks.

Experience & Attributes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience in Web and Mobile application (Android and IOS) testing.
• Experience in API testing.
• Experience in using MS App center for mobile test automation.
• Experience in Performance/Load testing is optional
• Experience in Agile framework and dev cycle.
• Experience in software testing and tools.
• Working knowledge of test case/defect management tools.
• Familiar with SQL query
• Familiar with GUI test automation would be an advantage.
• Familiar with any automation framwork with scritpting knowledge is an advantage
• Familiar with DevOps (Continuous improvement - Must be constantly growing, learning new tools and techniques, and sharing these among teams would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Postman, Swagger would be an advantage.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Good time management, work independently and documentation skills.
• Continuous improvement - Must be constantly growing, learning new tools and techniques, and sharing these among teams.
• Familiar with test automation would be an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
