Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand customer networks, and develop direct sales and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, pricing, quotations, negotiations, and business development activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, product promotions, exhibitions, and brand-building activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective enquiry handling, order coordination, and complaint resolution.
• Work closely with other departments to support business growth and operational efficiency.
