Our client, a Japanese management consulting firm, is expanding its Singapore team to support clients across Southeast Asia. The firm works with organisations on strategy, operations and technology, helping them define business priorities and translate recommendations into practical solutions.

Lead consulting engagements and guide project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Support clients and projects across Southeast Asia.

Help shape the growth, capabilities and market presence of the Singapore team.
Close collaboration with leadership:
Work closely with senior leadership and the firm's headquarters in Japan.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead consulting engagements across strategy, business transformation, operations and technology.
Structure complex client challenges, oversee analyses and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful engagement outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
Guide, coach and develop consultants and other project team members.
Contribute to business development activities, including identifying client opportunities, developing proposals and supporting client presentations.
Support the development of consulting methodologies, internal knowledge and service offerings.
Play an active role in expanding the Singapore practice and strengthening collaboration with regional teams and the firm's headquarters in Japan.
Qualification and Requirements:
Extensive experience in management consulting, strategy, operations or technology consulting, or in senior corporate strategy, business transformation or PMO roles.
Proven track record of leading complex consulting engagements, overseeing multiple workstreams and driving projects from strategic planning through to implementation.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership in managing, mentoring and developing consulting teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to lead client engagements and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience identifying business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and supporting client acquisition and practice growth.
Advantages but not required:
Japanese language proficiency, particularly for collaboration with the firm's headquarters in Japan and Japanese clients.
Industry or functional expertise relevant to consulting engagements.
Exposure to AI, data analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
