• Review and prepare shipping and customs documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and freight forwarders to coordinate documentation matters.
• Monitor documentation requirements and ensure timely submission of all necessary documents.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipping and operational documentation.
