About The Job

The Assistant Manager, eCommerce Business (Tiktok) will play a key role in driving our online growth across TikTok Shop in the APAC region, including Malaysia and Singapore. You will be responsible for leading campaign planning and execution, managing key account relationships (KAMs), and ensuring operational excellence across platforms.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign planning and execution across TikTok Shop to drive visibility, sales, and conversion.
  • Manage and grow key account relationships (KAMs) across platforms to secure visibility, optimize platform initiatives, and achieve commercial targets.
  • Oversee daily platform operations including product listings, campaign submissions, pricing accuracy, and promotional mechanics to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze campaign and platform performance data to identify opportunities, optimize ROI, and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand & Supply Chain teams to align marketplace strategies with brand and business goals.


What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6 - 8 years of e-Commerce marketplace experience.
  • Experience in e-Commerce platforms and Channel Advisor platform administrative tools and drive sales performance
  • Experience with e-Commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to leadership as well as documenting processes and putting together reports.
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask/work under pressure.
