As we expand in Singapore, we are looking for a digital marketing professional who is passionate about performance marketing and excited to work in a cross-border agency environment. This is a great opportunity to gain both local and regional exposure, serving clients based in Singapore and across Asia.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead account strategy, client growth, and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and meet business goals.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations and resolve major client issues.
  • Lead cross-border initiatives across APAC markets.
  • Share Singapore market insights with regional teams.
  • Drive collaboration across regional offices.
  • Support strategic pitches, client proposals, and business development.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive regional growth.



Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of digital marketing agency experience.
  • Strong experience in account management, client retention, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with analytics tools and MarTech platforms.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience managing account P&L, profitability, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience managing cross-border or regional APAC accounts.
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's digital marketing landscape and consumer trends.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
