We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Business Development Executive to grow VIGNE Medical Group’s Services by developing strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and other business partners.

•⁠  ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow client’s base.

•⁠  ⁠Promote and introduce our services.

•⁠  ⁠Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership materials when required.

•⁠  ⁠Attend networking events, corporate meetings, healthcare events, and client meetings to develop new business opportunities.

•⁠  ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the healthcare and industry.

•⁠  ⁠Achieve agreed business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

•⁠  ⁠Experience in business development, healthcare, customer relationship management, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.

•⁠  ⁠Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

•⁠  ⁠Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach.

•⁠  ⁠Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and enquiries.

•⁠  ⁠Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset.
