Job Description
Coordinate and oversee all on-site M&E technical and engineering matters.
Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve technical issues to ensure adherence to project schedules.
Prepare and submit project progress and status reports.
Coordinate M&E design details, drawings, and construction requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members on technical matters.
Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company quality standards.
Supervise M&E works and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain proper coordination among different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
Work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
Experience in government projects will be an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
