Job Description

• Prepare full sets of accounts (routine and ad hoc engagements) and payroll
• Assist in payment administration for clients
• Review and check junior team members' work to ensure accuracy and completeness in their work
• Familiar with SFRS, GST and payroll reporting requirements
• Provide support and guidance to clients and staff in the daily use of accounting software (cloud/non-cloud)
• Assist in any other assignment or special projects as required

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Associate: Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Senior: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Handling a portfolio of clients in various industries is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
• Hands-on knowledge of accounting software (Xero, QBO, SAGE 300, Business Central) preferred
• Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Possess initiative and ability to work independently
• Strong technical, analytical, problem solving skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience in accounting firm will be an advantage
