The Opportunity
The Manager, Payroll & Benefits is responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll, employee benefits and related HR operational services. The role manages payroll and benefits processes, maintains effective controls and service standards, and drives practical improvements to systems and processes. The position also provides operational advice on complex matters and works closely with HR, Finance, IT and University stakeholders to support effective service delivery.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, HR Services
