We are looking for customer-focused individuals interested in exploring full-time opportunities in the hospitality sector!
Salary: $2,500–$2,800/month, depending on relevant experience and role
Location: Various islandwide locations in Singapore
Working Hours: Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Job Responsibilities
Attend to guest enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
Provide assistance and information to ensure a positive guest experience.
Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil guest requests.
Support daily guest service and front-of-house operations.
Requirements
Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, retail or customer service experience are preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset.
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable to stand for long hours.
