Responsibilities

Content & Channel Management

• You will produce regular short videos, posts and captions for social and web to keep channels fresh and customer-focused.
• You will reply to daily social enquiries clearly and promptly to convert interest into bookings.
• You will update website pages and company profiles with current promotions, payment options and warranty details.
• You will maintain a visible content portfolio that demonstrates engagement and local sales support.

Partner & CRM Operations

• You will coordinate joint promotions and campaign communications with suppliers such as Goodyear and Petronas.
• You will capture partner campaign details and publish them across channels and payment platforms like SETEL and ATOME.
• You will own CRM records, keep data hygiene, and send timely customer notifications.
• You will update customer-facing information including warranties, payment instructions, and promo materials.

Reporting & Sales Support

• You will log training, courses and community events to maintain a clear activity history.
• You will record campaign activity and present monthly reports with straightforward analysis to your supervisor.
• You will help the sales team by ensuring front-line staff follow the standard closing script so leads convert smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience coordinating joint promotions or marketing campaigns with corporate suppliers, for example Goodyear or Petronas.
• Proven track record creating social media and web content that drives customer engagement and supports local sales.
• Experience producing marketing assets for sales teams and local promotional initiatives.
• Practical experience managing CRM data, customer notifications and routine marketing operations.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable creating short video and static content using common editing tools and scheduling platforms.
• Proficient with CRM systems and able to maintain data hygiene and segmented notifications.
• Able to track campaign metrics, record results and prepare clear monthly performance reports.
• Familiar with payment platforms such as SETEL and ATOME and updating payment or warranty information online.
