Customer Service

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and attentive service.

• Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and served promptly.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Maintain a positive dining experience for all customers.

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to the outlet's standards.

• Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.

• Operate beverage equipment properly and maintain cleanliness at the beverage station.

• Assist with beverage preparation and learn new recipes when required.

Daily Outlet Operations

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the service and beverage stations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the outlet.

• Monitor and replenish beverage ingredients, utensils, and supplies.

• Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow company SOPs, food safety requirements, and work procedures.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
