Location: Menara Sentral RAC, Kuala Lumpur — Fully Onsite
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract, Renewable
Working Hours: Normal office hours, 5 days/week
Salary: RM5,500 – RM7,000/month

We are looking for an experienced GRC & Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to support client engagements and the delivery of practical GRC solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance, risk, compliance, and vendor/third-party risk, preferably within banking or other regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on GRC and TPRM processes, requirements, and best practices.
• Assess third-party/vendor risks, including due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, and remediation.
• Support clients in improving risk registers, controls, assessments, workflows, and reporting.
• Conduct client discussions and workshops to understand current processes and identify improvement areas.
• Support product demonstrations, solution discussions, and client presentations.
• Work with sales, product, and technology teams to translate client needs into practical GRC solutions.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and solution documentation when required.

Skills & Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in GRC, risk, compliance, TPRM, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Good understanding of vendor risk assessments, due diligence, control assessments, risk scoring, monitoring, and remediation.
• Experience in banking, investment banking, securities, insurance, or other regulated financial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of BNM/RMiT, Securities Commission (SC), or Bursa Malaysia requirements is an advantage.
• Experience working with risk, compliance, internal audit, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management and clients.
• Experience with GRC platforms, TPRM systems, or risk automation solutions is an advantage.

Working Requirements

• Fully onsite at Menara Sentral RAC, Kuala Lumpur.
• Contract duration of 12 months, renewable annually.
• Maximum 1-month notice period preferred.
• Independent contractor arrangement; EPF & SOCSO are self-contributed.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
