* Identify and develop new business and project opportunities.

* Source potential clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.

* Follow up on leads, quotations, tenders and project opportunities.

* Attend client meetings and site visits when required.

* Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals and tender submissions.

* Achieve business development and project acquisition targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.

* Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/Degree or relevant working experience.

* Experience in construction, renovation, ELV or related industries is an advantage.

* Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently.

* Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.

* Valid driving licence and own transport preferred.

Commission: Commission-based on confirmed/secured projects.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,400.00 per month
