Salt is looking to hire a Program Coordinator, APAC for a travel tech client for 12 months renewable contract role. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the broader policy team specifically on budget maintenance, purchase orders, administrative support and team operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the Asia Pacific Public Policy Team and Global Policy Team. This includes team organization, calendar management, note-taking, meeting preparation and follow up, report and resource/database maintenance.
• Support day-to-day operation and administration of team budgets.
• Serve as point of contact for vendor registration and onboarding of new vendors. Track vendor status and assist with any issues that may arise.
• Process vendor payments including collecting tax information, invoices and additional payment information as needed.
• Provide vendors and internal stakeholders updates regarding payment or contract status. Maintain accurate payment records and budget information

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
• Expertise in Google suite, especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs
• Experience managing a budget
• An ability to exercise judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
• Exhibit strong process-oriented skills and strive to find the most efficient way to do things without sacrificing a high quality of work and/or results
