Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's educational programmes and strengthen brand awareness.
2. Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase enquiries from prospective parents.
3. Manage the school's social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, WeChat and other relevant digital channels.
4. Plan and create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, short videos, digital advertisements and promotional materials.
5. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, including advertising costs, lead generation, campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
7. Coordinate the preparation of brochures, presentations and other promotional materials.
8. Plan and support education exhibitions, open houses, school events and promotional activities.
9. Collaborate with the Sales and Admissions team to ensure effective lead generation and timely handover of enquiries.
10. Maintain accurate marketing records and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
11. Ensure all marketing communications are accurate, professional and aligned with the school's brand standards.
12. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
