Role Purpose: The Role

As a Digital Publishing Executive within our Global Marketing Shared Services Hub, you will support Global and Regional Marketing teams with the delivery and publishing of digital content across websites, email marketing and campaign journeys.

Working from approved briefs and content provided by marketing teams, you will build, publish, test and maintain webpages, landing pages, forms, emails, webinar journeys and other digital assets across our marketing platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong digital publishing skills, attention to detail and an interest in delivering high-quality digital experiences across a global B2B organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Global and Regional Marketing teams with website and digital content delivery, including webpages, landing pages, forms and content updates.
• Build, update and publish webpages using approved content, templates, CMS standards and brand guidelines.
• Support localisation of website and campaign content across regional markets, including translated content, metadata, tracking and regional adaptations provided by the relevant teams.
• Build and test autoresponders and nurture journeys based on approved campaign briefs and content.
• Support A/B testing and continuous optimisation of monthly regional newsletter email campaigns and automated journeys.
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing automation assets, including web forms, segments, preference centres, and customer journey workflows.
• Monitor email and campaign performance, conduct quality assurance testing, and ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management requirements.
• Support webinar campaigns by building registration landing pages, forms, confirmation emails and follow-up journeys.
• Publish webinar recordings and associated content across websites, YouTube and other agreed digital channels.
• Maintain digital content across websites, emails and campaign assets to ensure it remains accurate, current and consistent.
• Implement agreed SEO updates across website content, including metadata, internal and external links, redirects, broken links and 404 fixes, based on requirements and guidance provided by the Digital Marketing and relevant Global teams.
• Work with Global and Regional teams to manage publishing requests, priorities and timelines and deliver within agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate publishing workflows and repetitive production activities.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in digital publishing, website management, email marketing, marketing automation or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with a CMS and publishing website content.
• Experience building and deploying marketing emails, autoresponders or nurture journeys.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and practical experience implementing agreed SEO requirements within a CMS, including metadata, links and other publishing-related updates.
• Experience building landing pages, forms and other digital campaign assets.
• Understanding of website tracking, metadata and digital publishing best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple publishing requests accurately.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Global and Regional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to agreed priorities and timelines.

Desirable

• Experience working within a B2B, global or shared-services environment.
• Experience supporting webinars or integrated digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
