Role Description

The Warehouse Operations Analyst / Distribution Analyst / Logistics Support Executive supports efficient storage, movement, and delivery of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, maintaining records, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating improvements with warehouse, transport, inventory, and customer service teams.

The Warehouse Operations Analyst evaluates productivity, capacity, and inventory accuracy. The Distribution Analyst examines delivery networks, transport costs, and service performance, while the Logistics Support Executive coordinates shipment updates, documentation, enquiries, and follow-up on delivery issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics support, or operational analysis.
• Understanding of receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, inventory flow, and delivery processes.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP, warehouse, or transportation management systems.
• Ability to validate records, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating internal teams, carriers, and external partners.
• Good organisational skills for managing deadlines and following up on outstanding issues.
• For warehouse analyst positions, experience analysing productivity, capacity utilisation, inventory accuracy, and workflow bottlenecks.
• For distribution analyst positions, experience evaluating freight costs, delivery reliability, routes, and network performance.
• For logistics support positions, experience maintaining shipment documents, tracking deliveries, responding to enquiries, and escalating exceptions.
