We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our team! You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting the team in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries, appointment bookings, feedback and service recovery.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily salon activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Team Coordination: Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and daily work arrangements.
• Sales Support: Promote salon services, packages and retail products to achieve sales targets.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment and manage supplies.
• Service Standards: Maintain salon presentation, cleanliness and company SOPs.
• Administrative Duties: Handle daily sales reports, transactions and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or salon operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask, solve problems and work independently.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
