Prepare and cook food products according to established recipes, production schedules and quality standards. Organise ingredient preparation, check raw materials and maintain correct portioning and cooking procedures. Coordinate with production staff, monitor stock usage and minimise waste. Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and follow food safety, storage and workplace hygiene procedures.

Requirements: Diploma qualification, at least 2 years of relevant cooking experience, good teamwork and willingness to work across multiple locations in Singapore.
