QAQC SUPERVISOR AND INSPECTOR

Responsibilities & Duties

• Establishes, coordinates, and monitors overall performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with ISO practices and specification requirements, work closely with section supervisors to plan, schedule, and implement QA/QC related activities
• Evaluates safety practices and procedure with respect to laboratory and field analytical work.
• Reviews and approves laboratory reports (internal and external) for quality assurance , accuracy, completeness and reasonableness data.
• Coordinates or develops standard operating procedure for laboratory, operations and field staff
• To establish and implement ISO practices in the QA/QC Department
• Maintaining the quality system: evaluate, advise, draft, implement and monitor procedure
• Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirement
• Perform checks to monitor product quality, also communicate complaints and the progress of it's solutions to the manager/Supervisor
• Performs or directs internal audits of test methods to identify biases and areas for improvement
• Develops, presents and documents training programs for laboratory, operations and field staff on quality assurance, analyses, and safety: develops training protocols, competency standards, and documentation requirements.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Concrete finishing: 1 year (Required)
• QA/QC: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
