Job Overview

ZTY Group is seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join its Risk Consulting division in Kajang, Selangor. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to begin their careers in the insurance and superannuation industry.

The successful candidate will participate in a structured development programme designed to build the knowledge, skills and practical experience required for future management roles. Through hands-on training, mentorship and exposure to client engagements, the Management Trainee will gain valuable insights into risk consulting, business operations and professional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support risk consulting projects through research, data analysis and client engagement under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Assist in preparing risk assessment reports, findings and recommendations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and enhance service delivery.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and supporting business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and professional follow-up.
• Participate in training programmes, mentoring sessions and on-the-job learning activities.
• Support compliance and quality assurance processes to ensure that all deliverables meet company standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field from a recognised university.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in insurance, risk management, consulting or the superannuation industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards learning, professional development and continuous improvement.
• Relevant internship experience, risk management certifications or previous exposure to consulting environments will be an advantage.
