The Opportunity

• We are looking for an Operations Coordinator
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

• High attention to detail for operational setups and quality checks
• Tech industry or BPO experience would be a plus

Job Description

• Campaign Asset Management: Manage the collection, editing, and uploading of creative materials for campaigns
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely campaign launches
• Digital Library Maintenance: Maintain a centralized digital library for all campaign materials
• Operational Set-ups: Configure promotions and new merchant stores, and perform quality assurance checks
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including data entry, menu checks, and reporting
