Passionate about retail, fashion, and consumer trends? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Distribution & Warehousing Assistant to support our merchandising team in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the right products are available at the right place and time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to ensure timely and accurate distribution to retail outlets.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
• Conduct stock counts and assist in investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, stored and handled to prevent damage or loss.
• Coordinate with retail outlets, suppliers, warehouse personnel and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and distribution.
• Prepare delivery orders, stock transfer documents, inventory reports and other relevant documentation.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery status.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and identifying slow-moving, damaged or excess inventory.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation and compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform data entry, document filing and other distribution or warehousing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or distribution will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock handling and distribution processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, physically fit for warehouse-related duties where required, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in daily operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
