Role Description The Revenue Analytics Analyst / Revenue Analytics Manager / Revenue Analytics Director role is a remote position focused on understanding and optimizing the academy’s revenue performance. In this role, the professional will collect, clean, and analyze revenue and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Daily activities include building dashboards and visual reports, conducting statistical and financial analyses, and preparing insights for leadership to support pricing, marketing, and program decisions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators, improve forecasting models, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance profitability. Depending on seniority, responsibilities may include leading analytics projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to the design of long-term revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in data analytics and statistics, with experience using analytical tools or languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to perform quantitative analyses.
• Experience in data visualization, with the ability to create clear, insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in revenue management, business analytics, finance, or a related field; experience in education or online learning is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are beneficial for senior-level roles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across diverse, international teams.
• Familiarity with forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance measurement frameworks; experience leading analytics initiatives is preferred for manager/director levels.
