We’re looking to add a Senior /Engineering Assistant, Maintenance in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio. 

As a Senior/ Engineering Assistant, Maintenance you will:

Carry out general maintenance and line set-up as assigned and instructed. Attend to machine/equipment error notification & resolve it for better line efficiency. Ensure all the maintenance work carried out comply with safety/industry standard.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain equipment, fixture in good working condition.
• Perform maintenance, calibration, fix and repair of equipment
• Perform first leveltrouble-shoot, repair of equipment
• Liaise with vendors forrepair, upgrade etc.
• Maintain equipment to be ESDcompliance, ie, continuity to ground compliance
• Perform other ad-hoc production related activities, such as Kaizen, quality improvement activities
• Support Kaizen, Quality improvement projects

AUTHORITY

• Repair & maintain machine/equipment/tool/jig

• Stop & report any unauthorized/improper usage of machine/equipment that may cause damages to it.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline

• Experience in SMT manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills. 

• Good team player.

• Able to work independently to support production schedules.
