Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in outbound travel, tour operations, travel product development, or business development.

Experience in travel package development, itinerary planning, costing, and supplier coordination.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the sales team.

Develop outbound travel packages, itineraries, costing, and pricing based on market trends and customer needs.

Source and negotiate with overseas suppliers, hotels, and travel partners.

Identify potential customers, corporate clients, travel agents, and new business opportunities.

Generate business leads and work closely with the sales team to support sales conversion.

Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and overseas ground services.

Monitor travel costs, product profitability, and service quality.

Prepare reports on product development, business leads, sales opportunities, and operational performance.
