Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with project HSE requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
• Monitor high-risk activities including electrical works, lifting operations, and work at height.
• Ensure implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Coordinate emergency response and evacuation drills.
• Maintain HSE records and reports.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities on safety matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline.
• Valid NIOSH/OSH certification (Yellow Book)
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of Malaysian OSHA requirements.
• Familiar with PTW, LOTO, and risk assessment processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and safety audits.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
