Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in accounting and/or administrative work is preferred

Proficient in accounting systems and basic office software (e.g. accounting software, spreadsheets, email platforms).

Knowledge of GST requirements, particularly for logistics and operational transactions

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Experience in following up on outstanding and overdue payments with customers in a professional manner

Able to work independently, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience with GST, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and inventory management will be an advantage

Prepare and maintain Sales Costing Sheets

Prepare Addendums for New Machines under Sales Agreements

Prepare Addendums for Renewals under Sales Agreements

Handle Terminated Sales Agreements, including final meter readings and deposit refunds

Maintain and update Inventory Excel records

Prepare Financial Reports

Prepare GST Reports and related logistics and operational activities

Perform Bank Reconciliation

Check and verify monthly Meter Readings

Follow up with customers on outstanding and overdue payments to ensure timely collection

Provide general administrative and accounting support as required
