A. BOOKKEEPING
- To update the cash book on a daily basis.
- To input customer receipts and perform daily closing.
- Input receivables & system updates.
- To input payment vouchers. Assist with the opening of new accounts for new customers.
- Record Journal & Closing Entries
- Daily Closing - Cross-check journal and ledger versus Cash Book
B. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- To prepare the monthly aging report.
- To handle e-commerce reconciliation & offsetting.
- Prepare monthly aging.
- Email customers Statement of Account (SOA) & Credit Term reminders.
- Follow up with customers who received credit term reminders regarding payment.
- Issue Credit Notes (CN) for rebates and trade partner advertising & promotion (A&P).
- To handle the company's monthly closing.
C. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Overseeing creditor aging for payment scheduling.
- Overseeing debtor aging.
- Perform supplier reconciliation.
- Reviewing General Ledger (GL) to manage all accounting transactions.
- Raise Payments and Initiate Payment
D. PAYROLL RELATED
- Processing salary & system updates.
- Approval and checking of Staff Claims
- Monthly Payroll: Commission
- Monthly Affiliate payment report
E. MONTHLY CLOSING & MANAGEMENT REPORT
- To manage inventory values: Closing value is updated in Stock Closing Value.
- To manage inventory values: Stock write-off recorded in journal.
- Prepare full set of Financial Statements - Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS).
- Prepare fixed asset schedules & depreciation Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Responsible for auditing financial documents and procedures (Yearly) - Management accounting - Creditor ledger+aging, Debtor ledger
