Role Description The System Analyst role is a contract, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The System Analyst will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to improve system performance and functionality. Daily responsibilities include reviewing existing systems, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, documenting processes and workflows, and supporting system implementation or enhancements. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with vendors or internal teams, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Professional Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology

Has minimum 3 years working experience in system analysts/related role

Has knowledge/experience in financial services/applications

Has strong problem-solving skills

Involved in a full life cycle application in a distributed system design and development environment

Able to work outside normal office hours to support critical project issues

Possess good and clear communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills

Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work well independently and in a team are essential attributes

Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and embrace new technology
