Hiring: Treasury & Finance Executive (Full-Time, 5 Days)

Location: Jalan Besar

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends and Public Holidays Off

Salary:S$3,800 – S$4,800 (Depending on qualifications and relevant work experience).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with various financial and accounting operations within the organization.

• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and submitting them to the Korea Headquarters.

• Prepare and arrange all required bank-related documents.

• Handle financial inquiries and coordinate with the Korea Headquarters.

• Support finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.

• Handle fortnightly and yearly cash flow management.

• Follow up with recipients to verify successful receipt of overseas remittances.

• Update daily USD/SGD exchange rates based on MAS published rates.

• Prepare and review cash flow reconciliation schedules.

• Review and process Accounts Receivable Purchase (ARP) requests in accordance with facility agreements.

• Monitor debtor credit limits, payment performance and overdue accounts.

• Perform other ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

• Experience in treasury operations, cash flow management or banking-related activities will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with foreign exchange transactions and overseas remittances is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial software or systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
