Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Site Supervisor di Artans Construction Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure completion according to project schedules.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and defects to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Willing to work at the project site as required.
