Passionate about beauty, skincare and customer service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in Mandarin; English or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Sales-driven, responsible and willing to learn.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to outlet schedules.

Provide professional facial and beauty treatments according to company standards and procedures.

Conduct skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on customers' needs.

Recommend skincare products, treatment packages and homecare solutions.

Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

Achieve individual treatment, service and sales targets.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in treatment rooms and work areas.

Participate in company training to continuously improve treatment skills and product knowledge.

Support daily outlet operations and work closely with team members.
