Project Manager – Office Fit-Out & Renovation

Salary: Up to RM12,000/month

Project Duration: Minimum 6 months

Job Overview

Responsible for managing and delivering office fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring successful execution within the agreed timeline, budget, quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end office fit-out and renovation projects.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and site progress.
• Oversee architectural, interior fit-out and M&E works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports and site meetings.
• Resolve site-related issues and manage project risks.
• Ensure timely project completion and handover.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience in commercial office fit-out and renovation projects.
• Good understanding of architectural, interior design and M&E works.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage project timelines, costs and site execution independently.
