Role Description The Financial Analyst at Insight Genesis - IGAi is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the organization. This role involves building and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial statements, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. The Financial Analyst will monitor key performance indicators, interpret trends, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions, particularly related to new initiatives and product development in the platform’s core verticals. Day-to-day tasks include variance analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases and investment opportunities. The analyst will also contribute to improving financial processes and ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all financial materials.

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheet and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) and comfort working with large data sets.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with AI-driven or fintech products, experience in emerging markets, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
