Coordinate supply chain planning activities to support customer demand and delivery requirements.
Monitor production schedules, supply availability and order fulfilment to ensure timely deliveries.
Serve as a key contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply-related matters.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on production schedules, delivery timelines and order status.
Track supply chain performance indicators and support root cause analysis for delivery delays and missed targets.
Work with internal teams to resolve supply and planning issues and improve operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
