ID Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Technical Executive/BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in involvement on technical drawings and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
What you'll be doing
Prepare architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software
To assist the Architects/Team Managers on the preparation and production of drawings for submission, tender and construction
To prepare/review architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software
To liaise with the local authorities, if required
BIM Coordination, where required
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Architecture industry
Proficient on the use of BIM software (Revit, and other relevant design and modelling tools)
Experienced with Authorities’ submission procedure, Code requirements and compliance
Minimum Diploma in Architecture or related fields
