Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate events and company activities.

• Manage expatriate housing and accommodation arrangements, including related administrative coordination.

• Handle day-to-day office administration and provide general operational support to ensure smooth business operations.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations and other travel-related matters.

• Process and administer expense claims and reimbursements for the management team.

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the department and management
  

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.

• Prior experience in office administration, executive support or corporate administration will be an advantage.
