• Provide sales administrative support to achieve regional sales and marketing objectives, including processing distributor purchase orders and consolidating monthly order submissions.

• Calculate, process and monitor monthly sales rebates, claims and statements of accounts, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.

• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly sales reports, and assist with semi-annual business reviews and budget planning activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Logistics, Customer Support, Finance and Management, to resolve operational matters and support regional marketing events and activities.

• Maintain strong working relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders, provide team support when required and undertake other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business or a related discipline, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration or international trading.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, while SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
