Tanggungjawab
- Oversee overall production and material planning activities to ensure production schedules are aligned with customer demand and delivery commitments.
- Develop and monitor production plans, capacity planning, and material requirements to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Sales teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimise shortages, excess stock, and inventory holding costs.
- Analyse demand forecasts, production capacity, and supply constraints to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the planning team, drive continuous improvement, and monitor planning KPIs to improve operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in electronics, electrical, power supply, or semiconductor manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
