Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to support the company's growth objectives and long-term business plans.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential markets, strategic partnerships and revenue growth opportunities.

• Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitor assessments to identify market trends and business prospects.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and key stakeholders.

• Develop business proposals, presentations and commercial plans to support new business initiatives.

• Lead business negotiations, partnership discussions and commercial arrangements to achieve favourable business outcomes.

• Work closely with internal departments and business units to develop and execute business development initiatives.

• Monitor market developments, sales performance and business opportunities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.

• Evaluate potential investments, strategic collaborations and market expansion opportunities.

• Prepare business development reports, market assessments and performance analyses for management review.

• Represent the company in business meetings, industry events and networking activities.

• Perform other business development and management-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree or undergraduate.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate development, sales or strategic partnerships.

• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build strategic relationships and drive business growth.

• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and business acumen.

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess market opportunities and commercial risks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently in a dynamic business environment.

• Experience working with multinational companies or across regional markets will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for business meetings and market development activities when required.
