• Support APAC market teams with day-to-day Veeva CRM operations, user queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage CRM user access, territory alignment, customer/account data, segmentation, call reporting, targeting, and related configuration requests.
• Coordinate with local markets, regional stakeholders, IT, system administrators, and Veeva support to resolve system and data issues.
• Extract, clean, consolidate, reconcile, and validate commercial data from Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Network, and other approved sources using SQL and standard data tools.
• Perform data-quality checks and support master data management to ensure accurate, complete, consistent, and timely information.
• Maintain data-validation rules, exception reports, business definitions, process documentation, SOPs, and reporting logic.
• Partner with APAC stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare validated data outputs, and support regional business reviews and governance activities.
• Support CRM enhancements, system releases, UAT, data migration, process changes, user onboarding, and training activities.
• Identify root causes and opportunities to improve CRM workflows, data quality, automation, standardization, and user adoption.
• Contribute to APAC Commercial Excellence projects, best practices, toolkits, and sustainable process improvements across multiple markets.

Pay: RM35,000.00 - RM45,000.00 per hour
