Role Description The Architecture Coordinator (Singapore) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for coordinating architectural information and drawings throughout the project lifecycle. This position involves reviewing architectural and construction drawings, ensuring consistency with design intent, regulatory requirements, and site conditions, and liaising with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies. The coordinator prepares and manages submittals, tracks approvals, and supports the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into project workflows. Day-to-day tasks include updating documentation, attending coordination meetings, supporting site teams with clarifications, and monitoring implementation of approved architectural details on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with core architectural concepts and principles, including Architecture and Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in interpreting and coordinating Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design coordination and clash detection.
• Competence in preparing, reviewing, and tracking Submittals and other approval documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations, and local authority submission processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple coordination tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Relevant experience in building construction or architectural coordination within Singapore is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
