Senior Medical Planner / Associate | Healthcare Architecture

mustard is partnering with a premier healthcare architecture practice to find an established Senior Medical Planner / Associate to join their Singapore leadership team. Known for delivering landmark, highly complex healthcare developments with expansion plans to drive its next generation of local and regional projects.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role for an architect who balances deep clinical planning expertise with a forward-thinking vision for modern healthcare environments.

Key Focus Areas:

• Strategic Medical Planning: Partner closely with Studio Directors to lead clinical functional programming, spatial planning, and technical delivery for major hospitals and specialized medical facilities.
• Studio & Project Leadership: Play a core role in the studio management team—guiding project squads, mentoring talent, and upholding design excellence from concept through completion.
• Technical & BIM Direction: Oversee complex health facility workflows, drive multidisciplinary coordination, and champion advanced BIM/Revit standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience & Track Record: 10–12+ years of architectural experience (with a dedicated focus on medical planning and complex health facility design).
• Qualifications: Degree or Master’s in Architecture; Singapore Board of Architects (BOA) registration is highly advantageous.
• Leadership & Innovation: Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead technical teams, and drive innovative healthcare solutions.
